Wholesome food
I love food, and it’s one of the things I enjoy doing with intent - meals can feed our body, our souls, our relationships, our creativity. Here you can find recipes of two types:
Slow recipes - enjoy the love process of creating a meal
Quick recipes - allowing you time to dedicate to something else (guests, yourself, other crafts), while still nourishing your body and soul

Adventures
Exploring unknown territories is one of my most valued privileges, and I am learning to steer away from the concept of a “to-see” holiday and be more mindful about immersing myself in new places and cultures. Come along to discover a world where you learn that things you have always done can be done a million way differently. How exciting!

More inspiration
I love reading, listening to podcasts and overall just learning more about mindfully building a life that really suits you.
Here you can find some of the resources that inspire me the most. If you have other resources you think could be added to this list, I’d love you to send me an email or DM on Instagram

The author
My name is Diana. I am a dreamer, a thinker, a doer; someone that likes to live life on my own terms. In a society built around shaping people into rectangular, samey boxes, I try very hard to remain soft, odd, and a little bit wild.
I have been described as a “free-spirit”, which sounds very romantic, doesn’t it? In all honestly, while my personality has led me to living a magical, passionate life, full of really high highs (I experience everything very intensely, too), not conforming is really hard work, and leaves me with days of struggle, feelings of isolation and endless questioning.
Slowing down, being present and learning about the small things that really feed my soul, the people, places, activities that make me feel “there’s nowhere I’d rather be”, has been instrumental in identifying my values and helping me base my decisions on what actually makes me thrive.
Since then, I have become fascinated about human behaviour and understanding what makes each of us feel alive. So I’ve been on a long (slow) journey of learning more and more about about mindfulness and personal development, and I use this space to share my thoughts, increase awareness of slow living and connect with others that share the same passion.
